Product Description:

Free fall lifeboat is the type the embarkation at the aft hatch,its building is according to the latest regulations of SOLAS and rules of international lifesaving equipments(LSA),Revision bill of MSC.218(82),MSC.275(85) and resolutions of MSC.81(70),Revision bill of MSC.226(82),MSC.274(85).

It can safely evacuate crew from vessels or offshore platforms upon the slipways.The free fall release systems are specifically designed for easy activation by the crew. Very safe and reliable.

Material:

The hull/canopy of lifeboat is made of the fire reinforced plastic(F.R.P.—fire retardant ). The spacebetween the inside and outside hull/canopy is filled with polyurethane foam which will supply sufficient buoyancy for the boat. The boat will be afloat with the help of the foam even the part of boat underneath the water damaged.The fully loaded boat will be self-righting when the boat turn over to any angle. This lifeboat Equipment is used for the life-saving and rescue on the sea.

Feature of 16 persons free fall totally enclosed life boat / lifeboat

1.Comply with the requirements and rules of SOLAS and amendment 1996, LSA Code, MSC.218(82), MSC.272(85)& MSC.81(70), MSC.226(82), MSC.274(85).
2.Boat body material: fire-pretended type FRP.

11.Door was fitted at lifeboat stern, Natural ventilation is achieved via an automatic valve located on the front of superstructure. The valve will be above water in all heeling conditions ( 0 - 180 degrees ). The valve also prevents the cabin from becoming dangerously under-pressured while the engine is running.
12.A water spray system is installed for fire protection. The spray system consists of an engine driven pump, which takes seawater from the lowest possible location under the boat ensuring that no flammable liquid is drawn into the system. The spray system provides water over the entire surface of the craft ( tanker version only)

13.The compressed air system installed has a sufficient capacity to provide air from the maximum number of personnel and engine combustion for a minimum of 10 minutes. Toxic fumes or gas prevention have been made to recharge the air system from the ship's compressed air system (tanker version only)

Description

¾ Comply with the requirements and rules of SOLAS MSC.218(82), MSC.272(85)and amendment 1996, MSC.81(70) ,,MSC.226(82) & MSC.274(85).

¾ It can self-rightening by itself.

¾ Release hook device is the with the load release. And across approval by Classification Society. The release hook has the insurance device. It must lock the insurance after the hook re-position. And at the same time the release hook can be came away.

¾ Bases the SOLAS require to equip the equipment. The petty equipment will be fitted in the waterproof equipment box. The oars will be attached in the rescue boat. And the compass and searchlight etc. will be fixture on the brace.

¾ All seats are according to requirement of SOLAS, four point safe belt and cushion were fitted on seat,

¾ It is installed the buoyant lifeline at the two side of rescue boat.;

¾ The tread surface is the anti-skid;

¾ Equip a manual pump. It used to work off the seeper in the boat;

¾ When the boat is full loaded the full-speed running time is not less than 24 hours

¾ It is at least 2 knots when towing a life raft loaded with its full complement of person and equipment or its equivalent.

¾ According to criterion, reflect light strips were exhibited on lifeboat’s surface;
